Every loan we originate is secured by real estate in a first-lien position, giving investors direct, senior claim to the underlying collateral. For borrowers, what types of deals do you fund?
Fix and flip, BRRRR, and bridge deals on single family and 1 to 4 unit residential. Purchase or refinance, with or without renovation funding. No minimum loan size, and we will write rural properties.
We are the lender, so decisions are made in-house and a clean file under $400k closes in 2 to 3 business days.
For borrowers and investors, is my information secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, multi-factor authentication, and comply with industry standards to keep your information protected at every stage.
For investors, how much notice must I give to redeem my funds?
Invested capital can be redeemed with 90-day notice. Rules apply. Please speak to our team for details.
