Our Story

Lauren Ziminsky first invested alongside Wyatt in 2022, when the two partnered on a multifamily property. A few years later, she began lending on his fix-and-flip projects. As Wyatt’s business grew, his capital needs soon outpaced what Lauren could fund alone, so she brought in a co-lender, and then another. When Wyatt began training other fix-and-flip operators, demand for capital grew even further. To meet it, the two founded Heartland Coast Capital, which funds these projects and gives investors a better experience by rolling their capital from one project into the next so it never sits idle.
